Spacebot LLC through its website, the Spacebott.com and its sub domains, including LMS.spacebott.com website grants you non-exclusive limited license to access its products and the Spacebott LMS course(s) and other products sold through our website (https://LMS.Spacebott.com) by Spacebot LLC (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license) issued by Spacebot LLC.

The term ‘holder’ and ‘subscriber’ are used alternately in this terms and conditions, and each term is intended to convey the same meaning, which is the legally authorized holder of a course plan(s) or service plan(s) purchased directly from Spacebot LLC through its website domain or sub domains.,

Plugin Licensing

Spacebott LMS add-ons, and themes are licensed under the Lifterlms GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt).

Course Upgrades

Course Upgrades are available to customers who have purchased an access plan in accordance with the subscription they have purchased. An Individual Plan provides automatic upgrades for each course purchased. Enterprise Team Plans provides automatic course upgrades for the number of personnel covered under each enterprise subscription. You may not share or resell access to your purchased plans.

Upgrades are provided for a term 1 year for annual licenses and 180 days for 6 monthly Plans. For annual plans, after the term expires the subscription will automatically renew and be extended.

Additional Course Resources

We include with some lessons additional resources in the form of Youtube videos, articles and other publicly available publications which were carefully selected to highlight the learning from the course lessons,  however the opinions and content of these resources are solely those of the  creators themselves and not of Spacebot LLC, its domains or subdomains, We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use these resources.

Delivery

After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the access link to the course. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may also send us an email at [email protected] to receive support.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Spacebot LLC They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

Site Content

All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on Spacebott.com and its sub-domains including lms.spacebott.com, is the property of Spacebot LLC Any replicated site content must be authorized in advance.  Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Spacebot LLC

Refunds

We will be happy to offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase or subscription renewal for all products excluding Spacebott LMS Course Plans. Refunds for subscription renewals will only be granted for the most recent renewal transaction and must be requested within 30 days of the renewal date.

Team Plans are sold as a bundled subscription and are considered a single, integrated offering. No refunds will be granted on the individual components of any Team Plan. The one dollar plans are absolutely not eligible for any refund.

Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase or renewal charge date of any plan, or if the content of more than 3 course lessons have been accessed, whichever applies first, and this decision shall be at the sole discretion of Spacebot LLC, such decision shall be final with no obligations to provide any explanations other than as stated herein, and you forfeit any right to context such decisions in accordance with this terms and conditions.

Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Spacebot LLC. All refund requests must be submitted using the contact form located here and may take up to 15 days to process.

By purchasing any products from LMS.Spacebott.com, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Support

Spacebot LLC offers its courses  “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. We do not offer support via email or otherwise support lifterlms or other WordPress plugins we have not developed.

Support is offered via a support :PIN. Purchasing a support PIN through a course plan gives you access to our support team, email support and course documentation.

Support and product updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase for Annual Plans and 180 days for 6 months Plans. After the purchased plan term expires, a new Course Plan will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates.

Spacebott LMS Course Plan subscribers cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their access plans. The course plan is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official authorization and transfer of the purchased plan to a new owner. The course plan is intended to be used by the subscription holder(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the course plan  holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant.

Providing Spacebott LMS courses as a service or providing Spacebott LMS as part of a training or educational  solution does not constitute an ongoing client/consultant relationship under these terms.

Only the course plan holder is permitted to request support or access support resources.

Course plan  holders are not permitted to re-post course content or documentation on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. Posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the course plan and all access to the course(s), support and product updates will be discontinued and terminated.

Office Hours

Spacebot LLC may on occasion and at it’s sole discretion provide virtual office hour to subscribers of Spacebott LMS paid course plans, at intervals. The office hour intervals shall be determined at the sole discretion of Spacebot LLC. Exclusive VIP office hours can be requested by specific individual(s) or Team(s) , and the requested exclusive sessions shall attract additional costs and terms to be specified in the issued invoicing, and paid in advance for the request to become eligible.

In all cases, office hour invite(s) cannot be shared with, resold or issued to another party by the holder , as such acts will be considered a violation of our terms and conditions. Spacebot LLC reserves the right to suspend and terminate the holder’s subscription, account and access plan, with or without notice, and such decision shall be final and cannot be appealed. The office hour communications and discussions are part of Spacebott LMS training or educational  solution and does not constitute an ongoing client/consultant relationship under these terms. All opinions provided in all engagements with subscribers during the office hours and in providing support by email, chat or voice calls, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our educational communications or products. By agreeing to this terms and conditions, you the subscriber waives Spacebot LLC, its domains and sub domains, its employees, business associates and partners of all and every liability resulting from your subscription, interactions or engagement(s) with our entity, products and websites.

Transactional Emails

Spacebot LLC may on occasion send you email notifications related to your Spacebott LMS course plan. These transactional emails may include notification of course plan and, or content changes, changes to our terms and conditions, plan expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase of Spacebott LMS products. By purchasing Spacebott LMS course plan(s)  you agree to receive these transactional emails.

Account Suspension

Spacebot LLC reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a course plan with or without notice.

Warranty

Spacebott LMS website is guaranteed to function on a WordPress compatible browser. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party plugins, themes or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin or theme compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our products as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of access to our course plans..

Pricing/Billing/Privacy

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. We will absolutely never sell or share your personal information with 3rd parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.

Affiliate Disclosure

We sometimes engage marketing affiliates to promote our products and services, and offer sales affiliate commission to these companies who market our products and services. We sometimes offer sales product and service recommendations and may receive compensation from the companies whose products we recommend. We test each product thoroughly and give high marks and recommendations to only the very best. We are independently owned and the opinions expressed here are our own.

The preceding terms & conditions govern the sale of Spacebott LMS course plans between you the buyer and Spacebot LLC. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms & conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms & conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time for any reason.
